VETERANKA movement is launching a chatbot for all civilian women
On Defenders of Ukraine Day, the VETERANKA movement is launching a chatbot for all civilian women who want to join the Defense Forces of Ukraine and stand in defense of their homeland.
We have worked on @recruitment_guide_bot to create a comprehensive guide that will help women navigate key questions:
- How to join a specific unit?
- What is the difference between service through mobilization and contract-based service?
- How does training take place at military training centers?
In the chatbot, you will find information about preparation for service, learning the basics of tactical medicine, and a list of platforms where you can search for military vacancies and find answers to legal questions. We have also added a section where you can read about the real experiences of female defenders—their journey through mobilization and military service.
The main feature of this chatbot is that it was created by women, for women. That’s why you’ll find materials specifically addressing women’s health on the frontline, checklists of hygiene products and medications to have with you, as well as recommendations from experienced female defenders on what to pay attention to at the beginning and during service.
We also cover important topics such as how to respond to situations involving sexual harassment or violence.
We truly hope this chatbot will be effective and serve as a source of support for you. We invite you to test it out now and share your feedback.
Let’s grow and improve together!
