Purpose and our goals

The Women Veterans Movement is a distinguished organization committed to the empowerment and unification of female veterans.

Vision:

Ukraine is a country with a strong and professional army, where there is no room for gender manipulation, and women have no barriers to career growth and decision-making. The consequences of the war have been overcome through the effective reintegration of veterans into society. Women and men veterans participate in state-building.

Mission:

We increase the proportion of women in society through the security and defense sector. We ensure women's leadership and influence in the security and defense force and their participation in decision-making at all levels of society.
